Automotive Black Masterbatch
  • Weather-Resistant And Scratch-Resistant High-Temperature Black Masterbatch

This weather-resistant, scratch-resistant, high-temperature black masterbatch is made from polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) and contains approximately 10% carbon black. It's suitable for automotive modification parts, grilles, and other applications requiring scratch, aging, and weather resistance. The masterbatch mixes thoroughly with the material during processing, resulting in uniform and stable coloration, enhancing the overall appearance of the finished product while ensuring color consistency. This masterbatch maintains structural stability and durability even in high-temperature and high-friction operating environments, positively impacting the mechanical properties of the material.
This black masterbatch exhibits excellent compatibility with common carriers and allows for stable dispersion during processing, preventing particle aggregation and uneven coloration. The carbon black content is kept within an appropriate range, ensuring not only black covering power but also enhanced UV resistance, ensuring long-term weather resistance. Furthermore, with a moisture content below 0.50%, the masterbatch is less likely to cause bubbles or defects during injection molding or compounding, ensuring surface smoothness and a high-quality finish.

  • Uniform Light-Shielding Modified Black Masterbatch

This uniform light-shielding modified black masterbatch is based on SAN resin and contains approximately 45% carbon black, produced through a meticulous process. This masterbatch achieves uniform and stable coloring during the modification and compounding of engineering plastics such as ABS, PS, and PC, while minimizing the impact on the properties of the modified plastic itself. Its excellent dispersibility and compatibility ensure overall uniformity and surface smoothness during processing, making it suitable for a variety of injection molding and extrusion processes.
This black masterbatch strictly controls volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions during production, meeting relevant environmental standards and generating no odor or hazardous gases. Its low VOC content ensures that the resulting molded products pose no risk to the environment or users when used in everyday or industrial applications. For applications with stringent environmental and health requirements, this uniform light-blocking modified black masterbatch is a reliable choice.

  • Low Volatile Environmentally Friendly Interior Black Masterbatch

This product is designed specifically for automotive and home interiors, emphasizing low VOC (volatile organic compound) emissions and low migration, effectively reducing potential contamination to skin and fabrics during use. The masterbatch utilizes highly dispersible carbon black to ensure uniform coloration in high-gloss or matte plastics such as ABS and PC, achieving a stable blue-black color while maintaining a consistent surface finish. Its excellent compatibility with various interior materials allows it to be processed to achieve matte, high-gloss, or suede finishes, meeting diverse design requirements.
During processing, the masterbatch can be directly mixed with the raw materials at low or high speeds. The recommended addition level is between 0.5% and 4%, which can be flexibly adjusted based on the desired performance and color of the final product. Its excellent processing stability at high temperatures makes it suitable for injection molding modification and high-gloss injection molding, ensuring surface gloss while maintaining heat resistance and structural stability.

  • Uniformly Dispersed High Gloss Black Masterbatch

This black masterbatch is suitable for toughening and modifying engineering plastics such as ABS, PS, and PC, providing uniform and stable coloring during high-gloss injection molding and modification processes. The product utilizes highly dispersible carbon black as a colorant, ensuring uniform color distribution during material mixing and injection molding, avoiding localized color inconsistencies or precipitation, while maintaining a bluish-black color and meeting the aesthetic requirements of high-gloss plastic products.
The masterbatch's formulation combines UV and high-temperature resistance, enhancing the material's weatherability and structural stability over long-term use. Its excellent compatibility with the carrier material ensures that the toughening agent's performance is not affected during processing, while also improving the overall product's performance stability and achieving a more balanced balance between impact resistance and heat resistance.
