    This high-purity carbon black functional masterbatch utilizes a polyethylene (PE) carrier, with approximately 47% carbon black added, along with a small amount of calcium carbonate and other fillers. This product features uniform carbon black distribution and excellent dispersion, providing reliable black hiding and essential protective properties during the production of films and plastic products. Due to its high carbon black content, even a small addition achieves excellent coloring and covering effects while effectively reducing raw material costs.
    This masterbatch is particularly suitable for food packaging films, agricultural mulch films, stretch films, and other plastic products requiring a high degree of black coloring. It exhibits excellent compatibility with resins during processing, maintaining a smooth and stable surface finish. At the recommended addition rate of 1-3%, it ensures uniform color while maintaining optimal processing flow and mechanical properties.
