This elastic anti-aging black masterbatch is a functional additive specifically designed for TPU materials, perfectly matching its elasticity and flexibility. It boasts excellent dispersibility and a uniform blackness, providing a stable color effect in TPU films and related products without compromising the material's inherent mechanical properties. TPU40 masterbatch is primarily composed of a TPU carrier and carbon black, with a carbon black concentration of approximately 40% and an ash content below 1%, ensuring excellent dispersion during compounding and injection molding. It is easy to use and can be directly mixed with the raw materials according to the recommended dosage. The recommended addition level is 1-3%, and the specific ratio can be adjusted based on the desired performance of the final product. Technical indicators show that the masterbatch density is less than 2.0g/cm³, the melting rate is greater than 10g/10min (21.6kg/190℃), and the moisture content is less than 0.50%, ensuring a smooth processing process without affecting the performance of the product.
