High Hiding Black Concentrated Masterbatch

This high-hiding black concentrate masterbatch is a functional masterbatch based on a polyethylene (PE) base resin with a high percentage of carbon black and strictly controlled impurities. Its carbon black concentration is approximately 46% ± 2%, providing excellent hiding power and a stable black color during plastic product processing. It is suitable for a variety of production processes, including blown film, pipe extrusion, and injection molding. Compared to conventional carbon black masterbatches, this product achieves a higher depth of color at a lower addition level, helping to reduce overall material costs.
This masterbatch has an ash content of less than 1%, minimizing the impact of impurities on product performance during processing and molding. Its technical specifications include a density of less than 2.0 g/cm³, a melt rate greater than 10 g/10 min (21.6 kg/190°C), and a moisture content below 0.30%. These characteristics ensure stability during processing and avoid production issues caused by moisture or insufficient melt flow.
