Anti-Aging Uniformly Dispersed Blue-Black Masterbatch

This age-resistant uniformly dispersed blue-black masterbatch is designed for high-gloss ABS/PC injection molding and compounding applications, offering stable coloring and excellent hiding power. Using AS (SAN) as a carrier, the masterbatch boasts a carbon black content of approximately 40% and a controlled ash content of 0%. This ensures consistent surface color and minimizes color variations, while maintaining overall material performance during processing and use. The pellets are uniformly round black particles, facilitating easy mixing and uniform dispersion into the substrate.
The masterbatch offers stable weather and UV resistance, effectively delaying discoloration and aging in products subjected to long-term use and outdoor conditions. It exhibits excellent compatibility with ABS and PC carriers, enabling smooth mixing in various injection molding and compounding processes without compromising the carrier's inherent properties, while maintaining the structural stability and cosmetic integrity of the finished product.
