AS Carrier Compatible With Blue-Black Masterbatch

This blue-black masterbatch is specifically designed for use with AS carriers. It exhibits excellent compatibility and dispersibility, achieving uniform and stable coloration during processing while providing strong hiding power, ensuring consistent and uniform color appearance throughout the finished product. Its blue-black color creates a calm and uniform color during high-gloss injection molding and compounding processes without affecting the physical properties of the material itself.
This masterbatch improves the weathering and UV resistance of ABS/PC modified materials, ensuring structural stability and color fading resistance even in long-term use or outdoor environments. Its high-temperature resistance also ensures it resists decomposition and color shift during injection molding and compounding, making it suitable for high-temperature processing.
The recommended addition level is 0.5-4% of the total raw material volume; the specific dosage can be adjusted based on the customer's product performance requirements. The masterbatch can be directly mixed with the raw materials at low or high speeds. Once mixed thoroughly, it can be used in subsequent processing. The product is packaged in 25kg bags and should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight and humidity to maintain its stability.
