Anti-Aging Enhanced Black Masterbatch

This anti-aging enhanced black masterbatch is formulated with recycled polyethylene (PE) as its base material, combined with carbon black and calcium carbonate fillers. The carbon black concentration is controlled at 32% ± 2%, resulting in excellent dispersibility and stability. Through optimal formulation and processing, this masterbatch ensures uniform distribution throughout the finished product, thereby enhancing the overall structural performance.
This product boasts a density of <2.0g/cm³, a melt rate greater than 10g/10min (21.6kg/190°C), and a moisture content below 0.50%. These parameters ensure processing stability during extrusion, injection molding, and thermoforming. The recommended addition level is 1-3%. The product is simple to use and can be mixed directly with the raw materials. It is packaged in 25kg/bags of KP or PE for easy transportation and storage.
