High Concentration Carrier-Free Universal Black Masterbatch

High Concentration Carrier-Free Universal Black Masterbatch

This high-concentration carrier-free universal black masterbatch is a high-efficiency coloring product designed for a variety of plastics processing applications. It is primarily composed of a high concentration of carbon black, a dispersant, and other functional additives. This masterbatch lacks a specific carrier resin, resulting in excellent compatibility with various carrier materials and is suitable for PVC and other carrier-free systems. Unrestricted by carrier resins, it offers flexible addition ratios and achieves uniform dispersion across various processing techniques, ensuring consistent surface color and stable hiding power.
The Y02V carrier-free black masterbatch has a carbon black concentration of approximately 50% and an ash content of less than 1%, ensuring high pigment concentration while effectively minimizing the impact of impurities on product performance. With a density of less than 2.0 g/cm³, a melt rate greater than 1 g/10 min (21.6 kg/190°C), and a moisture content below 0.50%, this masterbatch ensures excellent flowability during processing and easy mixing with substrates, making it suitable for a variety of processes, including injection molding, extrusion, and blown film.
