PBT Dedicated Uniform Dispersion Black Masterbatch

The PBT dedicated uniform dispersion black masterbatch resin modification is a functional coloring product designed for PBT resin modification. Made from highly dispersible PBT material with a carbon black content of approximately 30%, this masterbatch provides a uniform black coloring effect with a stable blackness, ensuring a consistent final appearance. Its excellent dispersion ensures thorough mixing of the carbon black into the PBT resin without adversely affecting processing properties, while also enhancing the material's stability and compatibility in processes such as injection molding and compounding.
This masterbatch effectively enhances the structural performance and durability of finished products while maintaining the inherent mechanical properties of the PBT resin without compromising its inherent toughness and strength. It is suitable for a variety of PBT modification applications, including injection molded parts, compounding materials, and other engineering plastic products. The recommended addition level is 1-3%, which can be adjusted to meet specific customer requirements for product appearance and performance. It can be mixed at either low or high speeds, facilitating direct use in conventional production processes.
