The PC-compatible high-performance blue-black masterbatch is a functional masterbatch specifically designed for PC materials, offering excellent dispersibility and uniform coloring. The masterbatch exhibits a bluish-black color with a stable blackness and brightness, providing consistent hiding power and color throughout processing, ensuring a uniform appearance in the final product. Through its high compatibility with PC carriers, this masterbatch enhances the product's weathering and UV resistance, ensuring stable performance over the long term in injection-molded or modified products, while also optimizing the overall quality of the product.
The masterbatch is designed to balance processing convenience with enhanced performance. The recommended addition level is 0.5-4%, which can be flexibly adjusted based on specific customer application requirements. Mixing can be performed at either low or high speeds. Once fully integrated with the raw materials, it ensures that the product will not exhibit delamination or color shift during injection molding or modification. Its high-temperature resistance meets the requirements of processes such as high-gloss injection molding, significantly enhancing the stability and service life of PC products.
