Highly Dispersed PS Modified Black Masterbatch

Highly Dispersed PS Modified Black Masterbatch

Highly dispersed PS modified black masterbatch is specifically designed for PS material modification, compounding, and injection molding. Its primary ingredients are polystyrene (PS) and carbon black, with a carbon black concentration of approximately 40% and an ash content of less than 1%. It achieves uniform and stable coloring during compounding and injection molding. The masterbatch exhibits excellent dispersibility and compatibility with the PC carrier, ensuring a uniform black color and strong hiding power on the finished product surface without compromising the mechanical properties and processing compatibility of the raw materials. During processing, the black masterbatch can adapt to varying temperature and shear conditions, ensuring stable performance during injection molding or compounding.
Highly dispersed PS modified black masterbatch improves the weatherability and aging resistance of finished products, ensuring structural stability and a clean appearance over long-term use. Furthermore, the masterbatch's color stability ensures a consistent black color across batches, reducing color variation and processing adjustment time. The masterbatch's wide adaptability meets the processing needs of a variety of PS modified and composite materials, including injection molded products, compounded sheets, and high-gloss products.
