Anti-Wear Blue-Black Modified Masterbatch

Anti-Wear Blue-Black Modified Masterbatch

This anti-wear blue-black modified masterbatch is a functional additive designed for polyamide (PA) and other engineering plastics. It blends seamlessly with the carrier material during processing, achieving uniform dispersion and stable coloration. This masterbatch exhibits excellent hiding power and black brightness. While maintaining the material's mechanical properties, it effectively improves the water resistance and abrasion resistance of finished products, extending their service life and ensuring consistent appearance and performance.
This product is suitable for high-gloss injection molding and modification processes. It is highly compatible with PC carriers and does not interfere with the processing properties or molding efficiency of the original material. During the injection molding or compounding process, the masterbatch distributes evenly, ensuring a uniform surface color. It also improves the material's water resistance and surface abrasion resistance, minimizing aging and wear issues over long-term use. The blue-black color scheme imparts a rich, deep color to the finished product, making it suitable for a variety of applications, including automotive parts, industrial accessories, and high-wear-resistant plastic components.
