Water-Resistant And Wear-Resistant PA Modified Black Masterbatch

The water-resistant and wear-resistant PA modified black masterbatch is a functional masterbatch designed specifically for polyamide (PA) and related engineering plastics. It is highly compatible with the PA carrier during processing, achieving uniform dispersion and stable coloration. This masterbatch exhibits excellent blackness and hiding power. While maintaining its original mechanical properties, it effectively improves the water resistance, abrasion resistance, and surface durability of finished products, ensuring long-term performance stability and consistent appearance.
This product is suitable for PA high-gloss injection molding and modification processes, without interfering with the fluidity and molding properties of the original material. Through its uniform dispersion design, the masterbatch ensures uniform surface color after injection molding or compounding, while also enhancing water and abrasion resistance, ensuring structural integrity in products subjected to high-intensity use. Its black cylindrical particle shape (water-stretched strands) facilitates mixing with raw materials and adapts to various processing methods and process requirements.
